• Prepare and stretch dough to specification and fire pizzas in coal-fired oven
• Maintain station cleanliness and comply with all health and safety standards
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely ticket execution during rush periods
• 2+ years of pizza-making or professional kitchen experience preferred

As a Server at Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza, you'll be the face of our dining experience — delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest. You'll guide guests through our menu, ensure satisfaction from first bite to last, and create memories that bring people back.

• Take orders accurately, deliver food and beverages promptly, and handle payments
• Communicate menu knowledge including ingredients, allergens, and recommendations
• Maintain a clean, organized section throughout the shift
• 1+ year of restaurant service experience preferred; positive attitude required

We're looking for an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the floor team, and ensure every guest leaves completely satisfied. You'll be a motivating presence during service, resolving issues quickly, maintaining standards, and supporting restaurant leadership.

• Supervise FOH and BOH team members during assigned shifts and provide real-time coaching
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure prompt resolution
• Monitor inventory levels, open/close procedures, and daily sales reporting
• 3+ years of restaurant experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Our prep cooks are the backbone of our kitchen. You'll work early shifts to ensure every ingredient is prepped to specification — from fresh dough batches to house-made sauces and sliced toppings — so the line runs smoothly when service kicks into high gear.

• Execute daily prep lists including dough, sauces, vegetables, and proteins
• Follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines to maintain consistency
• Maintain proper food storage, labeling, and rotation (FIFO)

As our Host or Hostess, you'll be the very first impression Anthony's Coal Fired Pizza makes on every guest. We're looking for a warm, organized, and upbeat individual to manage seating, greet guests, and set the tone for an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests walk in.

• Greet and seat guests promptly, manage waitlists, and maintain floor chart accuracy
• Coordinate with servers and management on table turns and reservation flow
• Answer phone inquiries, take reservations, and provide menu information
• No prior experience required; excellent communication skills and a genuine smile a must
